Bearbrick Don is pleased to offer shipping anywhere in Canada and international. We have warehouses in Japan, Hong Kong, US and Canada. Please contact us at info@bearbricktoys.ca for more details about locations and rates.

Our processing time starts from the moment your order is successfully submitted and may take up to 2-5 business days to dispatch your order.

Before we can ship your order, we may need to hold your order for payment verification and confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our very best to minimize delays.

Available Couriers

Bearbrick Don offers the ability (on most items) to select from a list of available ship rates and couriers. For Domestics orders, we mostly use Canada post depending on the item. For US and International orders, we work with Fedex, Canada post, Hong Kong Post and Japan Post. Shipping cost will be calculated and display on check out based on you shipping address. 

Shipping Time

For Orders within Canada, it usually takes 3-5 business days. For shipping to US and International, it usually take 4-10 business days depending on where the item is dispatch and shipping methods.

** If there are multiple items in the order, it will be ship out once the last item of the order is received by us. We cannot do split shipping on same order.**

Customs and import charges

Customs fees, sales taxes, etc., are not included in your purchase price and may be charged by your countries customs office. In some cases, these duties and customs fees are collected by the carrier. Bearbrick Don is not responsible for any fees and taxes.

Handling

Item purchased on the website will be double box with protective sleeves and padding to ensure the safe arrival of your order. Please contact us at info@bearbricktoys.ca if you have any question about packing and we will do our best to suit your need.

Order Refusal 

If an order is refused by the buyer upon arrival and return back to us, the buyer will be charge all fees associated to the refusal and 20% of the total price of the order. Please contact us right away at info@bearbricktoys.ca if there are any unforeseen circumstances and we will do our best to help you.
