Product Conditions

Most of our products are coming right from the source and are usually brand new in box unless otherwise specify. Occasionally, we carry inventories that are Dead Stock and Used. Following are the description to each category.

New and Unopened: 

Products are 100 % brand new in box and unopened coming from manufactures. These products are mostly Pre-order items.

Brand New In Box:

Products that are opened for inspections but remain in box on shelf and is in perfect condition. They have not been display and play with.

Dead stock:

Products that are opened for inspections but remain in box and on shelf for more than two years. They have not been display and might or have very minimal imperfection due to ageing of the product. 

Used:

Product that are opened, on display or play with. They shows signs of wear and tear but remain in good sharp and intact.

Things to consider before order

We cannot fully guarantee that the defects such as scratches, imprints, uneven paint etc. is/are produced during the production/packaging of the factory. Packaging Box /Outer Box of the product is for protection only. Dents or scratches on the packaging box surface caused by delivery are not included in our return and exchange policy.
